Security Policy

Cleaning & Co Ltd. specialises in high security cleaning, so maintaining a rigorous security policy throughout the company is very high on our list of priorities.

All our employees are put through detailed identity checks, including:

• Photo ID checks (e.g. Passport, Driving Licence)
• National Insurance (e.g. document from the Inland Revenue with the NI Number, P45/P60)
• Copies of utility bills/bank statements are required as proof of address.
• All employees must prove the right to work and live in the UK. This is done through passport checks or checks with the Home Office.
• All employees are paid via BACs transfer system and are therefore required to have an appropriate
• bank/building society account.
• Please note that CRB checks can be done at a client's request at an additional charge.

All Cleaning & Co Ltd. employees are provided with a uniform with the company logo which they are expected to wear together with a security badge whilst on a clients premises.
